At Captain Dunes, we aim to offer competitive pricing with the ease of secure online reservations. The per-person price depends on your tour type or preference and is quoted in the UAE Dirhams (AED) unless stated otherwise. Rates do not include personal expenses such as gratuities, passport or visa fees, travel insurance, meals, or beverages unless mentioned in the itinerary.
Prices might vary because of unexpected factors like increased attraction fees or transportation costs. The best part? The rate we've agreed upon will stay the same for your confirmed reservations.
We accept a huge range of debit and credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Diners Club. Payment on arrival may be available for select tours at the discretion of our reservations team. All transactions are securely processed in accordance with UAE e-commerce laws.
Our travel team will send you a booking confirmation email that contains your itinerary and payment summary once payment has been received. If you do not receive a confirmation within a day, please contact the Captain Dunes support team.
At Captain Dunes, we understand that plans can be changed or rescheduled for personal reasons or any other circumstances. That is why our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent.
If you fail to attend the tour or arrive late for departure, no partial or full refund will be provided. This also applies to unused tickets or missed transfers. Rebooking or rescheduling may not be possible once the service date has passed.
All cancellations must be made in writing via email. Upon receiving your request, Captain Dunes will confirm your cancellation and inform you of any applicable charges.
Cancellations not received or confirmed by us will not be considered valid. Please ensure you keep written proof of cancellation.
Routes, schedules, and activities of the tour may be adjusted due to weather, safety concerns, or operational requirements. In these situations, Captain Dunes will provide an alternative of equal value if possible.
Small changes to the schedule might happen without warning. We can modify or cancel tours due to force majeure events like disasters or regulations, without compensation.
Most importantly, Captain Dunes is not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, illness, or trip interruption that may occur during your tour. Thus, our expert travel operators recommend that all guests obtain comprehensive travel insurance. It is good to cover emergencies, cancellations, or loss of personal belongings.
Guests are responsible for carrying valid passports, visas, and identification documents.
All content on this website, including text, images, pricing, and branding, is the intellectual property of Captain Dunes.

Captain Dunes does not provide services to or engage in transactions with countries sanctioned under the OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) regulations, in accordance with UAE law.
All bookings and transactions via Captain Dunes are subject to UAE law. Any dispute or claim arising from these Terms & Conditions shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
